The Spider - Net Company was founded in 2001 and its the first, local, cable operator and internet service provider. In its dedication for providing a quality service to all customers, in the past thirteen years, the company has been implementing and perfecting all technological products that are new on the market.

The company's main activities are: cable company, home internet service provider and home telephone service provider. Our hybrid optic-coaxial network (that implements the euro Docsis 2.0 and 3.0 standards) is located in Gevgelija, Negorci, Mrzenci and Bogorodica in the municipality of Gevgelija and in Bogdanci and Stojakovo in the municipality of Bogdanci.

The company operates a network of optical cables over 150 km long. In 2013 we started providing a service known as FTTx (FTTB, FTTC, FTTD, FTTH, FTTK, FTTN and FTTP), which allows us to connect your company to the internet using the latest and best telecommunication standards.

Large number of companies, public and private, use our services. The largest internet service providers in the country are our partners – TELESMART, BLIZOO, T-HOME and NEOTEL. They provide our main and back-up lines. We guarantee a 99% quality in establishing an on-line communication.

In case of technical defect or physical injury to the cable, the equipment we own allows us to connect and splice optical cables and remove any defect in 15 to 30 minutes. Our company is fully equipped and doesn't depend on other parties for solving technical problems and defects. We also provide an additional service for creating VPNs in numerous locations in the city, in the interest of safer data transfers. Our central office is fully protected with modern UPS systems, inverters and emergency power generators and is operational even at an event of an 8 hour power outage.
